This Trust Center offers resources demonstrating Keelvar's commitment to protect customer data, including security, privacy, AI, and other relevant controls.
We prioritise security in our product strategy and build our platform using best practices for highly available, scalable, and secure cloud applications. Our controls have been evaluated by an independent third-party auditor to confirm they align with industry standards and relevant data protection laws, in accordance with our ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications.

Update to Keelvar Sub-Processor List
We have made updates to our sub-processor list:
- Changes: New sub-processors added, replacement of existing sub-processors, and update to a current sub-processor location.
- Effective date: 2nd July, 2026.
- Summary: Addition of Slack (internal communication), Atlassian Cloud (project management), and Anthropic (service delivery support); addition of Hook (Customer Success platform) and PostHog (product analytics), which will replace Planhat and Matomo respectively following a managed transition; and update of the Google Cloud location to Worldwide to support the delivery of Keelvar services and AI features within our SaaS application.

ISO 27001 & 27701 Surveillance Audit
We're pleased to announce the successful completion of our annual ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 27701:2019 surveillance audit, with no non-conformities identified.
This confirms that our Information Information Security Management System and Privacy Information Management System continue to meet the requirements of both standards, reinforcing Keelvar's ongoing commitment to safeguarding customer data and privacy.

Sub-processor Update
Update to Keelvar Sub-Processor List
We have made updates to our sub-processor list:
- Changes: New optional sub-processor and update current sub-processor location.
- Effective date: 25th April, 2026.
- Summary: Addition of Workato (an integration and workflow platform); update Google Cloud location to Europe/US to support the delivery of Keelvar services and AI features within our SaaS application.
